How to perform

Attach a weight plate to a wrist roller. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the roller at shoulder height. Extend arms, keeping them parallel. Rotate wrists forward to roll the weight up, controlling the movement. Lower the weight slowly, reversing the motion. Repeat.

Tips

Maintain a firm, relaxed grip. Focus on controlled wrist rotations. Engage your core and keep a neutral spine. Start with a light weight to ensure proper form. Avoid momentum; use wrist strength only. Incorporate wrist rollers 2-3 times weekly.
