Tips

Maintain a soft bend in your elbows throughout the movement to protect your joints and prevent locking out. Focus on squeezing your chest muscles at the top of the movement to maximize muscle activation and feel the contraction. Actively engage your core muscles throughout the exercise to stabilize your body and prevent excessive rocking or swaying. Visualize an arc shape as you lower and raise the dumbbells, avoiding a straight-line path to fully engage your chest muscles. Keep your eyes focused forward and maintain a neutral neck position to prevent strain and ensure proper posture.
