Tips

Focus on keeping your shoulders down and away from your ears throughout the movement to prevent upper trap tension and ensure proper shoulder engagement. Maintain a slight bend in your elbows, avoiding full extension to protect your joints and allow for a more controlled motion. Engage your core muscles to stabilize your torso and prevent unwanted swinging or momentum during the exercise, which can compromise form and reduce effectiveness. At the top of the movement, ensure your palms are facing downwards to maximize bicep activation and maintain a consistent path of motion.
