Tips

To ensure proper form, keep your elbow tucked at a 45-degree angle to your torso throughout the movement, which helps isolate the triceps and prevents shoulder strain. Engage your core and maintain a flat back to stabilize your body and transfer power effectively during the press. Focus on pressing the kettlebell straight upwards, avoiding any twisting or leaning, to maximize triceps activation and prevent injury. Grip the kettlebell firmly for stability, especially during the lowering phase, to maintain control and prevent wrist fatigue.
