Tips

To maximize the effectiveness of this exercise, consciously engage your core muscles throughout the entire movement, creating a stable base for rotation and preventing lower back strain. Maintain a straight arm position to isolate the core and oblique muscles, avoiding bending at the elbows which shifts the focus to your arms. Actively rotate your hips alongside your torso to achieve a full range of motion and ensure the band is pulling at the correct angle. Focus on bracing your abdominal muscles throughout the exercise to protect your spine and enhance core stability, drawing your navel towards your spine as you rotate.
